1. "I want to get up at 4 am.”
2. "I want to get up quickly and easily.”
3. “I want to go straight to the shower as soon as I get up.”
Now combine all 3 above into 1 sentence.
Now take out “want to”.
2. What you did by taking out the “want to” is put it in the present tense, as if its happening right now. Keep repeating this affirmation as much as you can all day and you’ll feel like it, good things are going to happen! Write down the affirmation on a note card and carry it with you everywhere you go, repeat it for at least 4 weeks and see how easily you are going to start waking up, and happily!
3. To get up easily the first thing you need to do is to prepare. Get your clothing, food, home, and materials for the next day ready and spend the last 30 minutes before bed getting everything together so you can get up and go the next day.
4. Clothing is just having your outfit ready on a chair for you to put on in the morning, easy! (I have an entry about picking out your outfit for the next day) Also be sure to consider any accessories, jewelry, scarves, etc. you may want to add to your outfit!
5. Food: Make your lunch for the next day and prepare the products to be cooked for breakfast, think ahead about your food as well as anything you may want throughout the day.
6. Organize your environment, your room, desk and everything around you where you wake up, getting an alarm with which you can play your favorite music would be a big bonus. Having a clear area allows us to focus on the things we want to get done, clear the mental clutter by cleaning your home!
7. Materials for the next day may be any paperwork that needs to be ready and anything you need to take to work, meetings, anything you need the next day. Get it ready next to the door so you can just grab it.
- Watch a comedy before bed, make sure to go to sleep happy, watch funny videos or read something. You know what makes you happy when you do it so do something that will put you in that mood before bed
- As you lay in your bed falling asleep repeat as much as you can until you sleep “ I am getting up at ______ and its going to be easy!”, just repeat over and over like a race, this will also help you fall asleep
